Established in the year 2001 Pavilion Legal set upon a project of asking Law firms exactly what they wanted from a resourcing partner, the feedback was sobering and it has led to many of the changes that have been implemented within the company today and has reshaped our thinking on what clients really want. No longer did we focus on just providing CV’s for vacancies but we had to offer more. Clients wanted real advice of what was happening in the market, what types of salaries they should be offering and a few wanted information on the possibility of merging firms to create a super brand. Yes Pavilion Legal became a consultancy providing exactly what their clients were asking for. Over the years this has been our ethos and what continues to drive our business forward.
